In April 2012, Mudaser Qidwai and his family visited the Orphan Homes in Islamabad and spent ten days at the new orphan homes in Naval Anchorage. During the visit they held multiple recreational activities including an annual function, cricket match with the older boys and the management, trips to the lake, graduation and gift ceremony etc….
During the visit they were also involved in making numerous minor improvements to the Orphan Homes, including installing UPS’s in all the homes, hiring a new Orphan Home Supervisor, hiring two new after-school-tutors, and furnishing the after-school-tuition classrooms.
