During the first week of November 2013, we did a surprise visit of the Orphan Homes. During the visit we randomly visited some of the homes and met some of the foster parents. We also met with the kids and tried to address some of their urgent needs and complaints. During the visit we also held our quarterly management meeting, and hired a new Executive Vice President for Qidwai Welfare Trust.
